I can't help but think that reading
The City of Falling Angels (yes amazing)
about Venice and among other things, the divine designs of i piani nobili
has impacted the design of my future SLC home ...

Maybe I'll line the driveway with miniature David statues and Niagara-inspired fountains.

Good news is I'm going to get all of the Italian-design and drama out of my system in one wonderful evening.
