it's a immigrant feud that's lasted through the generations. but it looks like our little italian stella fortunata needs to get used to it. she's going to be an
IRISH TWIN!
feeling like she was having a hard time shedding some baby weight (and being asked by too many people when she was due) erica decided to look into things. and found out, she was 20 weeks pregnant with a boy! since there isn't enough stella to go around, i think another baby was a great idea. (even if it wasn't a planned idea).
i can't decide if i want to nickname him:
Curve Ball.
Christmas Miracle.
or Seamus McTwinner.
here she is back in august. pregnant and totally unawares.

Whoa! She could be on the "I had no idea I was pregnant show"! Nice to be halfway through the pregnancy by the time you find out! Go Erica!
Ironically enough, I just learned the term "Irish twin" like 2 days ago. That is awesome! But the nickname "curve ball" might be awkward on a little boy. ;) Just sayin'.

for the record, stella's birthday is april 3rd & skittle's due date is april 28th. technically that's not irish twins...but as close as we'll ever get.

the fact that Erica is alive and well, and commenting on this post...and not in a puddle of tears and mascara in the corner of a dimly lit room asking, "WHY ME!?"...is by far the most amazing part of this story! ERICA YOU ARE MY IDOL! Good luck lady!
