it didn't take too long...
the team went out to lunch together today. and after veggie cakes, apples, oranges and almonds - i couldn't resist Tasty Thai.
the good news is - it is TASTY.
the bad news is - i feel that heavy full feeling that i wasn't missing.
so i'm back in the saddle.
about 75% raw over the past 3 days.
in other news. it's snowing back home.
a lot.
